WHAT A GREAT FRIEND

In Piako Rua, we like to think or ourselves as a family, a whanau.  Every now and then, one of us does something that make the teachers go "awww..."  💖

The other day, the teachers had one of those moments.

Maddy had brought her HUGE soft toy seal to share with us since we have been learning about the Living World. 

When Mika was over in the library at Reading time, he found a book about seals.  He quickly came back to class to share the book with Maddy. 

Thanks for being a great friend Mika.  You are a treasured part of our Piako Rua whanau xxx

BLOCK TOWER

After the Walkathon, we were allowed to have playtime inside since we had already been out in the cold for an hour.  Hunter with his two friends Rudra and Taha, collaborated to make this amazing block creation.  Hunter asked Mrs Lunn if he could take a photo of it to show everyone who reads the blog. 

So here it is...

DAWSON'S VISIT TO QUINN'S HOUSE

Last night Dawson had a sleepover at Quinn's house. 

 It looks like they had a blast together.

BIRTHDAY BOYS

Braxton and Jacob first met when they were babies. 

 Their birthdays are only 2 days apart.  

We sang to them both on Wednesday.

BEST FRIENDS

Me and my best friend Quinn went to the $2 shop and we got some bubble gum and it was delicious so we ate some more of it and then we went crazy and then we came home and then mum told us off.
